  • Booking requests are subject to bungalow/room availability.
  • Upon receipt of your booking confirmation, we will charge your credit card account for a deposit as follows:
    • Low Season High Season Festival Period
    30% of accomodation deposit 10 working days prior to arrival 50% of accomodation deposit 30 working days prior to arrival 100% of accomodation deposit 60 working days prior to arrival
  • When you have to cancel your booking the following refund conditions are applied:
    • Low Season High Season Festival Period Refund of deposit less
    - Notice more than 20 working days prior to arrival Notice more than 45 working days prior to arrival 1 roomnight per room booked
    Notice 5 working days or less prior to arrival Notice 20 working days or less prior to arrival Notice 45 working days or less prior to arrival No refund
    No show or check out earlier than originally planned
  • You can change your booking, however the following conditions apply:
    • Low Season High Season Festival Period
    Notice minimum 7 working days prior to arrival. Notice minimum 15 working days prior to arrival. Notice minimum 30 working days prior to arrival.
    Notification less than the number of days mentioned will be considered cancellation
    Only one change within the season allowed
